The Bruntsfield Group organises social gatherings open to everyone in the congregation. Children are encouraged to come along and feel part of the group. Some people can only manage once or twice during the year and others join in more regularly.
Activities vary from progressive meals to ten pin bowling, and one of the highlights of the programme is the annual weekend away, usually in the spring. This has been held at a centre near Aviemore where over forty folks have enjoyed outdoor activities, good food, fun and fellowship.
The group meets monthly, usually on a Friday evening, from October through to May. An outline of the programme for 2011/12 is given below.
